Here is an absolutely true statement:  “The cause of ALL negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system       This is the cornerstone of EFT.

Like previously stated. “Try it on everything” …We are all works in progress. Personally I would start with the thing you think is holding you back the most from what you truly desire. Phobia’s, Self Esteem, Anxiety, All Addictions, (smoking, weight loss, gambling, drugs ect.) Chronic Pain, Improvement in Sports ( I am an avid golfer. I dropped my handicap from a 13 to an 8), Fears, Depression, Social Anxiety, Fibromyalgia, Sleep Problems. I have seen all these helped by EFT.

Is a common thread through all sessions!

Who is an ideal client for you?

I don’t think there is such a thing as an “ideal” client. I think that if a practitioner thinks they have “ideal” clients. They are severely limiting themselves, for me, anyone who wants to improve their life here on earth. Is someone I would love to talk to.
